You can return the product you ordered within 14 days from the date of receipt and replace it with any other product you like or ask us to refund your money.
CHANGES
Free changes are always reported for the first change. More than one is charged based on our prices at ELTA COURIER and are charged to the customer. You can request that we send you the same product in a different color or replace it with any other from our website at no shipping cost. In addition, in case you received a defective or incorrect product we can replace it with the same or the correct one without any charge.
A prerequisite is that the items have not been used and are in excellent condition, properly packaged and without the labels removed, etc. They must also be accompanied by all the receipts.
RETURN
You can request a refund of the product you ordered and we will refund your money. In this case you give us the IBAN of your bank account and within 2-3 working days the money is returned. A basic condition for your refund is that the product is returned to us in its original excellent condition.
The products sent are checked for possible defects or deficiencies to avoid unnecessary returns.
The Change or Return of products is done only after contacting www.kal-tsa.gr, following one of the following.
By phone at 2392039366 or via e-mail: [email protected] or fill in our contact form, which is located in our online store. Give us your Order Number and explain why you want a change or return.
We instruct the courier company to pick up the product from your place or you can deliver it to your nearest store. Once the product is returned to us, we send the new one (if it is a change) or your money (if it is a return).
The change or return is made with ELTA Courier, which we cooperate with, ‘as well as we bear the entire costs of the transport.
